iAntz syncs student data from your school MIS via Wonde when configured.
- Allow time for the latest sync to finish.
- Confirm the student is active in the MIS and included in the Wonde sync scope.
- If the issue continues, contact support with the school name, student identifier (not sensitive extra data), and what you expected to see.
